Aluminium Refining Flux without Fluorine with Natrium
This product does not contain fluorine element, does not stick furnace sediment, and slag aluminum separation is good. It can reduce the inclusion and the degree of pinhole. Suitable for refining aluminum and aluminum alloy melt(except high-magnesium aluminum alloy.

Scope of application:
Suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloy melt refining treatment (except high magnesium aluminum alloy).
Recommended usage:
Slagging agent should be used to remove the scum on the surface of molten aluminum before refining.
1. Manual sprinkling method: the refining agent powder is evenly thrown to the surface of the molten aluminum manually, and is pressed into the deep inside of the molten aluminum with a flat tool with mesh (the powder that is not discolored and floating should be pressed again) and stirred to make the powder disperse and distribute in the molten pool as much as possible. After the reaction is completed, it can be left for 5-10 minutes.
2. Inert gas injection method: use the injection device to evenly inject the refining agent powder into the melt, stir evenly, and stand for 5-10 minutes.
3. Adding temperature: above 700 ℃.
4. The dosage of this product: 0.1-0.4% of the amount of aluminum to be treated (the dosage of manual throwing method is slightly larger, and the upper limit is taken).
5. Note: the above is the recommended use method. The appropriate use method is different from the type and size of the furnace used by the user, the impurity content, grade and temperature in the aluminum water, etc. Please determine the appropriate operation method and process through sampling and analysis during the first use.
Packaging and storage:
This product is white powder, the inner packaging is plastic bag, 2kg / bag, and the outer packaging is cardboard box, 20kg / box. It is stored in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.

For one year. When damp agglomerate，It can be used normally when it is hit into powder and dried at <150℃.
