Performance characteristics:

Scope of application:
Suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloy melt refining treatment.
Usage:
1. It should be baked and dried under 150 ℃ before use.
2. Adding temperature: above 680 ℃.
3. The addition amount of this product: 0.2-0.5% of the amount of aluminum to be treated. (the upper limit should be taken when there is a large amount of material in the small furnace or furnace).
4. Usage:
① Sprinkle about 0.3% (by weight of molten aluminum) of powdery slag removal flux (such as AF) on the aluminum liquid surface.
② Press the bell jar into the molten aluminum (about 10cm from the furnace bottom) and move it horizontally to all parts of the furnace. The reaction was accompanied by tumbling of molten aluminum.
③ After removing slag, sprinkle a little zs-af covering agent to cover the aluminum liquid surface and wait for pouring.
Packaging and storage:
This product is a black cylindrical solid, 250G / piece, the inner packaging is plastic bag, 1kg / bag, and the outer packaging is cardboard box, 20kg / box. It is stored in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
