This product is an aluminum boron master alloy containing boron. It is used for boron element addition or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low and the loss of boron element is low. This product improves the strength and plasticity of aluminum or cast products and improves the comprehensive mechanical properties. The electrical conductivity of aluminum can be improved.

Aluminium-Boron(AL-B) Performance and application
This product is an aluminum boron master alloy containing boron. It is used for boron element addition or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low and the loss of boron element is low.
This product generates a large number of dispersed high melting point particles of AlB2 in the molten aluminum. During solidification, they act as foreign crystal nuclei to refine the grain structure, thereby improving the strength and plasticity of aluminum or cast products and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.
The electrical conductivity of aluminum can be improved.
Aluminium-Boron(AL-B) Usage
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Adding temperature: above 700 ℃.
3. Dosage of this product: 0.1-0.5% or determined by the test.
4. Adding method: remove the scum, put the product into the aluminum liquid, stir evenly, and stand for 5-10 minutes.
Aluminium-Boron(AL-B) Packaging and storage
This product is waffle ingot and cast strip, with metallic luster, 250G / piece, and the outer package is cardboard box, 25 ± 0.25kg/box. Store in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
