Aluminium Zirconium (Al-zr) Performance and application
1. This product is an aluminum zirconium master alloy containing zirconium. It is used for zirconium element addition or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low and the loss of zirconium element is low.
2. This product generates a large number of dispersed zral3 high melting point particles in the molten aluminum. During solidification, they act as foreign crystal nuclei to refine the grain structure, thereby improving the strength and plasticity of aluminum or cast products and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.
Aluminium Zirconium (Al-zr) Usage
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Adding temperature: above 720 ℃.
3. Dosage of this product: it is determined by calculation and test according to the actual situation.
4. Adding method: raise the temperature to the required temperature, remove the scum, lightly put the product into all parts of the molten aluminum, stir evenly after melting, sample and analyze, and pour after the composition is qualified.

This product is waffle ingot and cast strip, with metallic luster, 2-3kg / piece, and the outer package is cardboard box, 25 ± 0.25kg/box. Available for waffle pieces 7-8kg / piece, pallet packaging. Store in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
