Aluminum Vanadium (AL-V) Performance and application
This product is an aluminum vanadium master alloy containing vanadium. It is used for adding vanadium element or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low and the loss of vanadium element is low.
Aluminum Vanadium (AL-V) Usage
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Adding temperature: above 730 ℃.
3. Dosage of this product: it is determined by calculation and test according to the actual situation.
4. Adding method: raise the temperature to the required temperature, remove the scum, lightly put the product into all parts of the molten aluminum, stir evenly after melting, sample and analyze, and pour after the composition is qualified.
Aluminum Vanadium (AL-V) Packaging and storage
The product is in block shape, with metallic luster, 250G / piece, and the outer package is cardboard box, 25 ± 0.25kg/box. Store in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
