Calcium Removal Flux
This product has strong ability of degassing and removing the inclusion; After reaction, slag aluminum separation is good and easy to remove.
Performance characteristics:
1. This product is used to remove excess calcium in liquid aluminum
2 This product has good calcium removal effect, reference calcium removal ability: this product 15~20 kg (small furnace upper limit) can remove calcium about 1 kg
3 This product degassing and inclusion ability; After reaction, slag aluminum separation is good and easy to remove
Recommended usage:
The usage of 1 small crucible furnace: to the temperature, remove scum, will need this product sprinkled on the liquid surface, with the pressure cover will be pressed into the depth of liquid aluminum (about 10 cm from the bottom of the furnace), move to the furnace after the reaction is finished, stand for 5~10 minutes, slag raking
2. Inert gas spraying method: Spray the required product into the melt evenly using the spraying device, stir evenly, stand for 5~10 minutes, then slag scraping
3. The dosage of this product is calculated according to the following formula: ((the original calcium content of the alloy % -the calcium content required to be reduced %) × the amount of molten aluminum × (15 ~ 20).
4 Adding temperature: above 730℃
